1:1 Coaching Sessions are built around you and your needs. Whether you’re debating leaving your current job (again) or are simply weary from getting up and at ‘em every morning, we want to avoid burnout at all costs. Together, we can sit down and explore your unique Strengths, while figuring out how to channel those well into the communities within which you already exist. 

Individual coaching sessions are booked in 3-6 month increments with a minimum of one meeting per month. Inquire below to determine the rhythm that will work best for you.
