The Great Resignation continues...

People are asking the question, “What does my job do for me?” ((The Great Resignation: Why People Are Leaving Their Jobs In Growing Numbers — NPR))

My job paid the bills, but it cost me more than it was worth to stay there.

I was part of The Great Resignation before it had a name.

Like many people, leaving a job meant searching for a job that works for me.

Through this process, we reevaluated life goals, where we wanted to live, what our future family looked like.

Everything was on the table.

At the top was a healthy workplace.

That is how I started with Johann-Baker Coaching and became a Certified Strengths Coach

Here is what I know because of Gallup & Strengths:

  1. Employers who work with CliftonStrengths have employees that are more engaged.

  2. Employees who use their Strengths enjoy work more.

  3. Managers that understand Strengths, bring out the best in their teams.

As a business owner I know:

  1. Strengths allow me to navigate my work with ease.

  2. Strengths allow me to make aligned decisions for my business.

  3. My Strengths help me work towards my greater purpose.

So if you are thinking you might be part of The Great Resignation or you want to help your team stay with your organization, let’s talk. Strengths can be your secret to success.
