Forbes put out a list of the 8 Biggest Business Trends coming for 2022.

These are trends that will shake up businesses.

My thoughts on the trend that has the most impact on individuals?

Authenticity -- People want to work for authentic leaders and organizations.

No more smoke and mirrors.
No more ignoring our personal lives.
No more "sorry, your professional development isn't in the budget."

It is time to be clear about organizational values (and your own).
It is time to allow life to exist.
It is time to invest in employees daily through coaching conversations.


As an Organizational Leadership & WellBeing Consultant, I lead with authenticity.

It means giving others space to exist as they are.
It means being honest and forthright with information.
It means recognizing people for their Strengths.

In order to have an organization that does the most,
you need to see people for who they are and
what they need most to be successful.
